For Homeowners - Ready to reinvent your space? Book an in-home consultation where we will talk about your wants and needs - what's functional to you. I will take measurements, and we will talk about timeline and design options. Afterwards I will email you a proposed floorplan where we can then take the next steps to contract signing and material ordering. Your new home is on the way!
For Contractors - Whether you're a contractor yourself, builder or flipper - I work with your business goals. You can send your clients directly to me to create the design layout and material selection or work with me yourself. I take care of the ordering and delivery schedules, putting the focus back into your business and investments. Using state of the art design software I can provide you with a design layout for your remodel and use in your permit process as well. Let's start building together!

How long will my renovation take?
A full kitchen or bathroom remodel takes 6-8 weeks without use of the room. For a larger build, such as an addition or whole home renovation, the timeline can vary from 1 - 3 months depending on the complexity.

Do I need to have ideas ready for my consultation?
You do not need to have any ideas, but photo inspiration is always encouraged. You can have something prepared or even send me an email or message of photos that showcase ideas or color themes you like.

How do I prepare for my renovation and do I need to be home?
Removing all personal items from the space is required. We also ask you remove any fragile or breakable items from adjoining rooms (mirrors, pictures, etc.)

We are flexible and can work whether you are home or not. We will make sure your home is secured at all times with a lockbox and key or ask to utilize your keyless entry system.
